Contributor Expectations

Before you join, we want you to understand exactly what this work looks like — and what it doesn't. Transparency isn't just a principle we teach; it's how we operate.

This Is Voluntary Work

The Dignity Framework is being built by people who believe in what it stands for. Right now, there is no payroll, no salary, and no guaranteed income. Every hour you contribute is a gift you're giving freely to something bigger than any one of us.

We will never pressure you to give more than you can. If life gets in the way, step back. If you need to leave, leave. No guilt, no judgment, no consequences. This is and always will be voluntary.

Future Compensation: The Dignity Coin

We are building a token — the Dignity Coin — that will serve as the economic backbone of this framework. When it launches, every contributor will be compensated based on the work they have done and the value they have brought.

The coin is not just compensation. It will fund the framework's mission in ways beyond paying people — supporting community projects, funding research, building infrastructure, and ensuring the framework can sustain itself long-term.

Many contributors will likely work on the coin itself — its design, its economics, its governance, its technical infrastructure. This is collaborative work at every level.

What This Means in Practice

No compensation until work is done

We track contributions transparently. When the coin launches, your work will be recognized and rewarded. But until then, this is love-driven labor.

Compensation is earned, not promised

The amount you receive will reflect what you've contributed — the time, skill, and heart you brought. We're building the systems to track this fairly.

The coin launch timeline is not fixed

We won't rush it to meet arbitrary deadlines. The coin will launch when the framework, the community, and the economics are ready. We'd rather do it right than do it fast.

You'll have a voice in the economics

How the coin works, how contributions are valued, how distribution happens — these are community decisions. Your voice matters in shaping them.

No one gets rich off others' labor

This is not a startup where founders take 90% and contributors get scraps. Power Decay applies to economics too. The distribution model will reflect the framework's values.

Our Promise to You

We will never exploit your labor. We will track your contributions honestly. We will build compensation systems that reflect dignity, fairness, and love. And we will always be transparent about where things stand.

If at any point this doesn't feel right to you, you are free to walk away — and your prior contributions will still be recognized.

If this resonates with you and you're ready to contribute with an open heart, we'd love to have you.
